**A day in the life**
- Daily morning meetings to establish the action plan for the day, announcements and recognition to highest performers.
- Ongoing training, addressing areas to improve on with your mentor and working closely with them to develop.
- Daily interaction with potential customers, building reports and meeting their needs.
- Representing our clients in a professional manner
- Enhancing and meeting individual and team targets when making sales
- Being an overall valued member of a rapidly expanding organisation
