**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle customer inquiries in-person, demonstrating excellent communication etiquette.
- Process transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for handling card payments.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that may benefit customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to customers.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service etiquette to communicate effectively with customers.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in English; multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable for better customer engagement.
- Organisational skills to maintain a tidy workspace.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse customers.

Pay: £400.00-£600.00 per week

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (required)
