The HR Manager will lead on the implementation of HR systems. Work with various internal and external stakeholders, evaluating information to ensure that systems can facilitate integrated and easy access to data across the HR self-service and people reportingplatforms.

**Description**
The key responsibilities of the HR Manager are to;
- Ensure that HR data across the Group meets GDPR regulations
- Lead on the management of benefit providers, ensuring an effective and engaging mix of benefits are provided
- Proactively manage pay, terms and conditions, i.e., bonus schemes, pay review modelling, salary bench marking and gender pay gap reporting
- Lead on engagement initiatives for the full employee life cycle including equality, diversity & inclusion
- Support the Group's changing organisational design and new business models in line with legislation, regulatory requirements, and good practice.
- Initiate and/or deliver people directorate projects, supporting project delivery through constructive, positive feedback and guidance including on the job training & development in specialist areas.
**Profile**
The successful HR Manager will have;
- CIPD Qualified
- Demonstrable experience in Human Resources management and proven track record as an HR leader
- Experience of multiple HR systems including self-service, absence, applicant tracking etc. and experience of developing and implementing HR system use for an organisation
- Experience of designing and/or implementing engagement initiatives within an organisation including a good understanding of diversity and inclusion.
- Project management experience from scope and specification through to implementation and review.
- Able to coach managers and to deliver the best possible work performance.
- Able to travel efficiently to Group and other locations in England, including those situated away from public transport links.
**Job Offer**
The HR Manager will be offered;
- Salary **£35,319**
- Hybrid working
