We have an opportunity for a Finance Assistant to work with and report to the Cash Team Supervisor, the main duties include:
Main Duties
- To complete bank statement reconciliations daily ensuring all entries are posted correctly into NAV.
- Update ATM and PDQ Spreadsheets with data from bank statements & sites weekly banking summaries.
- Update of company banking and bullion reconciliations.
- All payments and receipts are correctly posted into NAV.
- To ensure all employee expenses are coded correctly and scanned into NAV for payment.
- Coding and uploading credit card statements.
- To complete a log with notes from venues weekly banking summaries, including updating float positions and do any amendments weekly.
- Ensure all spread sheets are reconciled for month end deadlines.
- To cover and assist with reception duties such as booking hotels, travel & meeting rooms, post and answering phone calls.

Key Skills
- 1 - 2 Years’ experience in finance.
- Knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Microsoft NAV would be advantageous.
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.

- To have a 'Can Do’ attitude and happy to help approach.
- Maintain a positive outlook, creating energy and enthusiasm amongst the wider team, operation staff and visitors/ customers.
- To work as part of the team and participate in staff meetings.
