**Network Engineering Manager**

Market leading global technology company are recruiting for a Network Engineering Manager to join a high performing and growing UK team. This is part of a much wider EUC function that covers multiple regions globally.

**Responsibilities**:
You will be chiefly responsible for the strategy implementation, engineering, design, and operations of global network infrastructure. You will provide leadership, direction, and support of the engineering team with additional responsibility for the NetworkOperations team.

The Network Operations Centre manages all elements of business-as-usual including network and security connectivity, optimising performance, maintaining compliance, alerting and event management along with all Incident /Problem Management and root causeanalysis. You will liaise with the NOC manager to align Engineering and Operations and help enhance the operational service.

**Responsibilities**
- Business and technology roadmap planning
- Work with internal customers including Architecture, Project Managers, other engineering teams and the Operations Command Centre to deliver a clear and functional technical roadmap and contribute to the overall EUC strategy
- Define and present business cases for strategic projects to senior leadership to seek business and financial approvals prior to initiation

**Requirements**:

- You will have a track record in leading engineering teams with leadership experience encompassing the enterprise network and security infrastructure along with mission critical cloud connect infrastructure
- Previous experience across network design and development roles with detailed understanding of a wide range of internetworking technologies
- Excellent organization/project planning, time management and change management skills
- Experience in supporting large scale Enterprise WAN/LAN networks, that support a diverse set of products and a geographically disparate workforce
- Experience from working within complex network projects. You must be able to demonstrate how you've led large scale network migrations
- Extensive and demonstrable experience of Incident and Problem Management, with an understand ITIL processes, applied across multi-platform technologies
- Experience of working in a geographically dispersed, international organization
