**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Bootloader Automation Lead to join our team. The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of shifts.

Detailed Job Description:

- 10 to 12 years of QA experience in Telecom device software QA process and tools
- Work closely with software developers, firmware engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective testing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements, test plans, and test cases.
- Lead the planning and execution of bootloader testing activities in both Dev and Release QA
- Create detailed test plans that cover functional, performance, security, and compatibility testing aspects.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers focused on bootloader testing.
- Manage the defect tracking process, ensuring timely identification, documentation, and resolution of issues.
- Generate comprehensive test reports and communicate testing status to stakeholders.
- Bootloader and DRI domain experience is an added advantage.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £300.00-£350.00 per day
