At the heart of Consulting are the six solutions we offer our clients: business transformation, deal services, finance function support, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring. Our solutions create an enhanced tailored approach to support our clients in achieving their strategic goals and empower our people to make an impact and develop their own unique career path.

The Dividend Watch team offers an innovative claims management service for our clients which has seen the team recover over £33m from insolvent situations for our clients.

The team also leads innovation within Creditor Solutions and have automated several of the previously manual processes, and continually looks for automation opportunities to support more efficient ways of working. The Dividend Watch Data Technician will support the client service delivery team by identifying, developing, and implementing automated solutions to optimise and streamline manual tasks. This role will involve the use of tools such as Python, Alteryx, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software (e.g., Automation Anywhere) to enhance operational efficiency. The individual will play a crucial part in ensuring the service delivery team can focus on high-value client interactions, while volume-based processes are efficiently managed through technology.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Collaborating with the Dividend Watch service delivery team to understand and map out current processes.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline and automate manual tasks using Python, Alteryx, and RPA tools.
  • Designing, building, and deploying automated workflows to manage routine tasks such as claims updates, client reporting, and data analysis.
  • Maintaining and improving existing automated systems to ensure they meet evolving business needs.
  • Ensuring that automation solutions align with client needs and service delivery standards.

What we are looking for:
Are you someone who thrives on variety, loves learning new things, and enjoys connecting with people? If you can spot inefficiencies in everyday life and are passionate about making improvements, this role is perfect for you

We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Here's what we're looking for in our ideal candidate:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in process automation using tools like Python, Alteryx, and RPA platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere).
  • A high degree of adaptability and the ability to quickly learn and assess current manual processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design logical, coherent automation solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and optimise high volumes of data accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with the service delivery team and explain technical concepts in non-technical terms.

What we can offer you:
We recognise that our people are our most important assets. That's why we offer a flexible reward and benefits package that will help you have fulfilling experience, both in and out of work.

  • The team will support your training to be successful in the position.
  • The postholder will initially be required to come into the Brentwood office around 3-4 times per week for the training period and once completed hybrid working will be available.
  • 25 Days Holiday (with the option of purchasing additional days).
  • Lifestyle, Health, and Wellbeing including financial wellbeing benefits such as financial tools, electric car scheme and access to a virtual GP.
  • Access to a suite of 300+ courses on demand developed by our inhouse Talent Development team.

We aim to achieve that same diversity of background, experience and perspective in our own teams, so that we can genuinely understand our client's needs.
