Job Description

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the organisation.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to achieve the organisation's objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the organisation's mission.
  • Oversee financial performance and ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Lead and mentor the leadership team to drive organisational success.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of the organisation's programmes and initiatives.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Confidential should have:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role.
  • Multi-site franchising experience is essential
  • Strong strategic and operational management skills.
  • A track record of effective stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
  • Financial acumen to oversee budgets and resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
