**Location of Role**: Home based with travel to sites
**Aim of role**:
The key aim of this role is to ensure the business has the talent and skills training methods and HR policies and processes that it requires to be successful and achieve its goals. The key metrics are end-to-end recruitment and HR administration, HR systems updates, the process of all starters and leavers, and keeping all HR files up to date.
**Key Metrics**:
- End-to-end recruitment.
- HR administration, keeping HR systems up to date
- Process of all starters and leavers.
**Role & Responsibilities**
- Providing administrative and organisational support to the Group HR team.
- Issue all offer letters, statements of terms, and any associated HR paperwork to all new starters.
- Obtaining references for new starters.
- Uploading and scanning HR documents as required.
- Ensure all relevant ID, certificates, and employment documents are received by the start date.
- Driving license checks for new starters and yearly checks for employees.
- Be the first point of contact for any HR admin queries.
- Conducting pre-employment checks including right to work checks.
- Dealing with starters, and leavers and processing any changes.
- Administration of the HR system entering new starters and leavers onto the system.
- Keeping the HR system and all personal files up to date.
- Support Line Managers with recruitment needs.
- Take notes in HR meetings where required.
- Maintaining employee confidence by keeping HR information confidential at all times.
- Maintaining a quality HR service to the organisation by following organisation standards.
- Promotion of an open, transparent, positive, and winning culture throughout the business.
- Suggest process improvements to aid efficient ways of working
- Support the training of the additional team members
**To support the Group HR Manager and the wider business with any other reasonable projects and tasks as and when required.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
