As a Showroom Manager, you'll play a key part of making a homeowner's dreams and designs for their Kitchen come true, whilst helping them to reduce the stress the work can bring. Whether you deal with the end user directly, or through the installer, you'llbe there in the centre; pulling together the design, the products and the timescales to bring the project to life. You'll have a range of tools to use, from 2020 Fusion design systems to virtual reality to help your customer visualise their project, so youcan give them complete confidence in the design before providing a quote and making a sale. You will also be managing a small team of Showroom consultants and making sure they are reaching their full potential to give the best overall experience for the customer

You'll join Gibbs & Dandy Luton. This branch is well-established and busy, with a friendly team who work hard to offer a great service and excellent product knowledge. We have a sales office, warehouse, shop & counter, showroom and a fleet of delivery vehicles.The Kitchen showroom is going to be a brand new venture at this Gibbs and Dandy branch and your role is to get the team up and running with your own style. We are looking for a positive and proactive leader to set the foundations of what we hope will be avery successful part of the business.
**So, what are we looking for?**
- Experience of working in a customer-focussed sales environment
- Experience managing a team within a similar environment
- Motivation to secure and increase sales orders
- A genuine enthusiasm for dealing with customers, and a 'customer 1st' attitude
- The ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Kitchen or Builders Merchant experience
- Design experience or the ability to understand architectures designs is beneficial
- Drivers License
