Portfolio is please to support our prestigious client to recruit 2 x Learning and development specialists, 2 quite different roles sat within the HR function. The company is undergoing a huge period of change and development and is looking for a BAU L&Dspecialist and a project delivery L&D specialist. These are 2 fantastic roles on a company with a fantastic benefits package and culture.

This role is office based and is full time and permanent, a great opportunity to start in a role, in a really exciting period of change and where you can have real impact and contribute to the long-term aspirations of the business.

**Responsibilities**
- Working with the L&D manager to anticipate and identify areas for learning and create and deliver the materials to ensure the continuous development of partner colleagues
- Sat within a wider team of HR professionals supporting at both the strategic and operation level
- Production and delivery of L&D Strategy and performance
- Working with key stakeholders and building effective relationships with Key stakeholders
- Delivery of training sessions, including train the trainer

**The person**
- Experienced L&D professional with the ability to design and deliver key training programs
- Experience within HR, implementing apprenticeship frameworks
- Providing a professional and positive support throughout the business
