**About the Role**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- **Design & Visual Content Creation**:

- Create visually striking designs for social media, marketing materials, product packaging, and more, using your skills in illustration, 2D animation, and branding.
- Ensure all visuals align with the company’s brand identity, enhancing user engagement and delivering a cohesive look across all platforms.
- **Collaborate with Teams**:

- Work closely with marketing and product teams to deliver creative solutions for various projects.
- Use your advertising and branding experience to help drive brand awareness and sales through visually appealing designs.
- **Motion Graphics & Video Content**:

- Develop animations and video content that captivate audiences, bringing your ideas to life through motion graphics for campaigns, presentations, or social media.
- **Print & Layout Design**:

- Design layouts for printed materials such as brochures, posters, and event signage, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail in all outputs.
- **Project Management**:

- Handle multiple design projects at once, ensuring all work is completed on time and meets quality standards. You’ll have a hand in everything from initial concept creation to final execution.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Visual Communication Design Expertise**: Your background in Visual Communication Design will be essential in creating cohesive and impactful visuals across all media.
- **Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite**: You should be familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for creating top-quality designs.
- **Skills in Motion Graphics & Animation**: We value experience in 2D animation and motion design to add an extra dimension to our multimedia projects.
- **Branding & Advertising**: Experience in crafting designs that resonate with a brand’s voice and goals.
- **Strong Attention to Detail**: Precision and creativity go hand in hand, and we’re looking for someone who has an eye for the little things that make a big difference.

**Education**:
A **Master of Arts in Visual Communication Design** or a related field is required. A solid portfolio showcasing your design skills, particularly in illustration, animation, and branding, will be key.

**Work Hours**:
This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. **Flexibility** in meeting deadlines will be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,163.00-£32,669.00 per year
