**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling designs that communicate our brand identity and captivate our target audience. You will collaborate with various teams to develop engaging visual assets, including website graphics, social media content, packaging designs, marketing collaterals, and more. This role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, strong design skills, and the ability to translate creative concepts into visually appealing designs that align with our brand guidelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and content creation to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that align with brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency in design across all channels and touchpoints, maintaining brand integrity.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Develop and maintain a library of visual assets, templates, and style guides for efficient design production and brand consistency.
- Conduct regular quality checks on designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
- Support the creation and editing of multimedia content, including product videos, tutorials, and animations.
- Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, or vendors as needed to execute design projects.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. (desired)
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the ecommerce or cosmetics industry.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design principles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interpret and execute design briefs.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Experience in video editing and motion graphics is a plus.

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
