Role Summary
- Managing all inbound communications from customers and handling customer queries
- Making outbound communication to customers to progress and resolve customer requests
- Making outbound communication to customers to plan works in with them
- Ensuring all jobs are planned and engineer diaries are full
- Taking inbound and making outbound communication with engineers, handling queries relating to jobs from a planning perspective
- Making outbound communication to customers to plan works in with them
- Full training is provided
- Sociable working hours - Monday-Friday between 8:30:00-17:00
**Essential Criteria**
- Proficient level of computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal
- Good geographical knowledge
- Experience of working in a customer facing role
- Experience of working in time critical roles and the ability to multi task
- 25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£23,500.00 per year
