**Role Profile**

Riverside have a new opportunity for a receptionist working part time, on a permanent basis for 3 days each week. Based in Hull, The Crossings is a Places of Change scheme for the homeless, providing temporary accommodation with support and training. It aims to break the vicious cycle of homelessness and workless-ness, offering a skills and training culture

**The role requires you to**
- As a trusted member of our team, you will deliver high quality customer service to Riverside Customers.
- Act as initial point of reference on the phone, or in the reception area as required.
- Monitor access to scheme and visitors
- Reports faults as discovered
- Provide clear, supportive, and accurate advice to colleagues in relation to reception, escalating issues and complaints as appropriate to ensure effective resolution.
- Maintain records as required, including health and safety documentation, to ensure the retention of accurate data, and compliance with associated regulations.
- Respond flexibly to any necessary changes in work priorities and undertake other duties when required to support the effective operation of the service.

- You are flexible, empathetic, inclusive, and resilient.
- You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
- Customer focused with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, showing the ability to meet the needs of a varied customer base.
- Results focused with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, deliver to strict deadlines.
- Excellent team player who can work flexibly to meet business requirements.
