**Job Summary**

You will report directly to our Head Chef

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise cafe staff and coordinate daily activities
- Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Oversee table orders and table service
- Train and mentor new team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within Love All Food

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or kitchen environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team management
- Knowledge of food production processes is advantageous
- Experience in supervising and coordinating tasks within a team
- Barista background is a plus

You should be friendly, confident and personable. Above all, you must provide outstanding customer service. As well as keeping the cafe clean and tidy at all times, it is just as important that the team are clean and organised. You are literally the face of the business, so your appearance, your attitude and your behaviour must be of the highest standard at all times.

Love All Food is not just about great tasting coffee, it’s about a fantastic experience. Customers should feel like part of the family and enjoy their whole visit from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave. It will be your job to ensure that happens.

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
