- _**Sleepover Rate: £12.60 per hour**_
- _**Full-Time & Part-Time Roles Available**_
- _**Full UK Driving License Desirable**_

Within our Care & Support services, we support over 70 people over North & South Lanarkshire. We’re on the lookout for Support Workers to join our team and help people live life on their own terms - at home, in their communities and on their own unique paths.

As a Support Worker, you’ll empower the people you support/work with to:

- Build independence and confidence
- Get involved in community and social activities
- Maintain their own homes and make everyday decisions

You’ll also:

- Work with personalised support plans that reflect real aspirations
- Work closely with families, professionals, and partners
- Build strong, meaningful relationships with the individuals you support

Our Care & Support services run 24/7, so flexibility for evenings and weekends is important - but your schedule will always be planned in advance.
