Accounts Administrator

Complete HGV Solutions Group is an award-winning commercial vehicle repair body shop. We work with all the major UK insurers and numerous blue chip businesses, to keep their cars, vans and trucks on the road. We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our growing support team at the head office in Hoddesdon.
The team work hard in a very fast paced industry to make sure that the customer is always happy with the repairs to their vehicle. It is a fun and friendly team who work closely to ensure that the jobs are carried out thoroughly.
Office Hours 9am - 4pm
Monday to Friday
The Role
- Accurate and timely recording and processing of supplier invoices
- Matching purchase invoices and receipts to orders
- Ensuring all invoices in query are escalated to relevant internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Recording weekly progress updates on the system
- Scanning invoices/expenses onto system (Xero and Hubdoc)
- Statement reconciliations
- Supplier reporting
In addition, you will support & perform administrative duties for the Accounts Manger and office manager
- Experience using Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook, Xero or Sage experience preferable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, assertive and respectful.
- The ability to effectively prioritise in a busy environment.
- previous experience in a similar role desirable
- Proactive self-starter with a positive attitude towards problem solving
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Pay: £28,000.00 per year
Schedule:
