As a Complaints Handler / Complaints Advisor you will be:
Job Responsibilities:
- Dealing with Financial Service related Complaint cases
- Conduct end to end complaint investigations
- Handle complaint calls when they are presented to the team
- B2B / B2C inbound -outbound calling
- Undertake general admin
Preferred Skills: Customer Service Advisor / Complaint Handler
- Previously worked in Customer Service
