**Change Manager - 12 Months - OUTSIDE IR35**
The role will be site Hybrid Office and Home working.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships. Working as trusted advisor at senior business leader level on critical, complex challenges.
- Ability to influence effectively at different organisational levels, to challenge current practices.
- Demonstrable strong focus on Change Management in roles for last 10+ years
- ERP implementation project experience.
Change Managements Skills
- Aligning business needs to technology solutions to deliver a friction-free, efficient, and enjoyable technology experience for the end users.
- Defining strategic outcomes and Engage with Senior Business and IT leaders to drive the change agenda, with the ability to influence others to move toward a common vision or goal.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication
- The ability to prioritise in order to meet aggressive deadlines
- A rigorous attention to detail and strong technical intuition, along with the ability to set and manage expectations at the executive level.
- Assessing and classifying the business change to determine the right change strategy and approach.
- Providing expert change strategy and planning to IT-enabled business change.
- Ensuring that the appropriate change management tools and methods are utilised.
- Providing expert coaching and advice on Change Management activities to help develop change management behaviours to IT professionals involved in project delivery.
- Drive business value and business outcomes through measurable change management and business transformation interventions, for both traditional and Agile deliveries.
