**Content Creator - Part Time**:
As a Content Creator at Consensio, your role is to bring expertise in social-first content and fluency in digital culture to the creation and production of our ideas.

In this end-to-end creative role, you’ll be a maker as well as a thinker - generating content ideas that cut through the social noise before bringing them to life yourself, or in close collaboration with our in-house Marketing Manager.

**About You**:
We’re looking for someone with a passion for snowsports and travel who is social native - someone on top of the current trends, creators and production styles across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn; with an understanding of the nuances that make content resonate within each community.

You’ll be an ideas machine, adept at turning insights into high-quality concepts fit for the feed, skilled at spotting social media trends to join, and confident to bring your ideas to life.

You’ll have hands-on experience as a content creator, from shooting and creating TikToks to following trends on Twitter, and have an inherent understanding of the level of finesse required for an idea to land on each social media platform.

You will have strong English copywriting and communications skills, and enjoy crafting long-form content, perfect for blog writing, working alongside AI tools for efficiency.

**Key Responsibilties**:
**Social media content creation**
Taking the lead on content creation, and regularly editing short-form video content tapping into trends online. Taking occasional trips to the Alps to experience our properties first-hand to better understand the product and to film more content.

**Creative ideation**
Translating insights, trends, learnings and brand objectives into attention-grabbing social creative ideas. Thinking beyond the norm to create brand-relevant, engaging content ideas that are shareable to bring new visitors to the Consensio social media pages and brand.

**Being set free with longer copy**
Tracking trends and news and working with AI tools to write regular reactive blogs, and more sales-related articles, taking a lead from the Marketing Manager.

**Analytics and money management**
Tracking campaign activities and spending and monitoring budget allocation across social media posts.

**Planning ahead**
Producing monthly, quarterly and yearly content calendars, working with the Marketing Manager to develop creative content ideas and providing creative feedback on assets before they’re published both internally and externally.

**The key skills required for the role**:

- Knowledge of the ski/luxury travel/luxury lifestyle industry.
- A regular, active social media user of all platforms with hands-on experience in content creation, particularly TikToks and reels.
- A deep understanding of how to create content that generates social engagement.
- Plugged into digital culture and the ever-changing trend landscape.
- A deep social platform knowledge, including available formats and when to deploy them.
- Confidence in creating a social media plan and schedule.
- Commercially minded with a background in managing social media advertising and budget.
- Strong English copywriting and communications skills.
- Experience working from home in a professional team.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to react quickly to changing requirements and new challenges.
- Understanding of SEO principles (desirable).

**Package**:
This is a remote-working opportunity.

£12/hr - 16hours/week.
