Content Creator

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

We're an established, performance-driven eCommerce business with successful brands in the supplements space. Our business is lean, dynamic and competes in focussed niches. We're now building a high-output content engine across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

This is NOT a typical desk-based social media job. This is a field-first production role. You will spend most of your time out shooting content, coordinating with creators, securing access, and making things happen on the ground. You are the person behind the camera, organising locations, lining up creators, and capturing real-world footage.

You'll be:

• finding creators and setting up shoots
• bringing creator & brand stories to life
• generating content people actually want to follow

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

You Must Own Content Creation:

• Film, edit and publish high-volume short-form videos (TikTok/IG/Shorts).
• Find influencers to work with, and film with them.
• Secure locations, gym access, and on-the-spot filming opportunities.
• Capture gym sessions, street/interviews, lifestyle footage, behind-the-scenes.
• Attend flagship events (e.g. Mr Olympia) to produce compelling content.
• Build repeatable content formats that create consistent engagement.
• Maintain a reliable posting schedule across multiple channels.
• Generate creative hooks and concepts for the marketing team to test.

Creator & Partnership Management:

• Identify and contact relevant creators / influencers.
• Negotiate collaborations, value exchange deals and low-cost partnerships.
• Brief creators clearly and manage deadlines/deliverables.
• Build a steady pipeline of UGC and influencer-created content.
• Coordinate sessions with gyms, teams, athletes and micro-influencers.

Social Channel Management:

• Schedule content and handle posting on TikTok, IG and YouTube.
• Upload and maintain assets using internal content systems.

Collaboration & Direction:

• Work directly with the founder on ideas, tone and direction.
• Coordinate with external videographers/editors where needed.
• Help with brand guidelines, identity and voice as we scale.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Experience & Skillset (must have):

• Proven ability to film AND edit compelling short-form content (portfolio required).
• Confident talking to people online and in real-world.
• Confident acting as the on-ground organiser/fixer - able to secure locations, coordinate people quickly and solve logistical problems during shoots.
• Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, audio, cuts, timing and hooks.
• Comfortable filming in gyms, events, public spaces and dynamic environments.
• Highly organised - able to manage content calendars and deliver consistently.
• A portfolio or links to your TikTok/IG/YouTube content must be included with your application.

Additional Experience (nice to have):

• Experience within fitness, sports, or supplement niches.
• Existing network of creators or influencers (optional but helpful).
• Experience briefing UGC creators or managing influencer gifting.
• Basic understanding of paid media or DTC brand building.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

• £28,000-£32,000 depending on experience
