Come join Fibromyalgia Action UK, a small friendly team who are looking for someone to provide support to the charity team and assist with administration and fundraising activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Using various systems Microsoft 365, CiviCRM and MailerLite for newsletters, and managing data
- Provide admin support for fundraising activities which will include the recording of donations, thanking of donors and sending out certificates
- Assist with the implementation of the charity’s social media activities across multiple channels such as Twitter and Facebook.
- Answering phones, taking messages, and dealing with enquiries.
- Act in a customer care capacity, responding appropriately to online queries and questions
- Provide content support, which will include updating content, refreshing images, videos and updating fundraising campaigns
- Collate images for use in publicity materials, website and across social media channels.
- Capture footage and edit to create short promotional films for use on charity website and across social media channels.

**Required Skills**:

- Very good communication skills on phone and in writing
- Interest in health, medicine and social policy not required but would be helpful

**Additional Information**:

- Salary £6 per hour
- Future salary will be discussed upon completion of apprenticeship
- 37.5 hours per week
