**Pay**: £12.25 weekdays to £13 per hour on weekends

**Hourly Pay**:

- £12.25/hour weekdays
- £13.00/hour weekends
- _Paid travel time & mileage_

**Full-Time**:

- 5-6 shifts per week
- Must include **both Saturday & Sunday every other weekend**:

- Morning (from 7 AM till 2PM) or evening (until 5PM to 10PM) availability
- Accept all client visits during shifts (no call hand-backs)

**Part-Time**:

- Minimum 3 shifts per week
- Must include **at least one weekend shift each week**:

- Flexible availability for full shift patterns as assigned

**What You’ll Do**
- Deliver personal care, companionship, and practical help at home
- Support clients with mobility, medication, meals, and routines
- Promote independence and community engagement
- Build lasting, meaningful relationships with the people you support

**What You’ll Need**
- Full UK driving licence & access to a car
- Morning or evening availability
- Flexibility, commitment & a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn — experience is welcome but not required

**Example Salaries (Based on Shift Pay)**
- 6 x 8-hour shifts/week = **£35,776/year**:

- 5 x 8-hour shifts/week = **£29,952/year**:

- 3 x 8-hour shifts/week = **£18,304/year** _(part-time)_
