Bloomfield Care Home are looking for exceptional care assistants to join our team of carers.

Bloomfield offer high quality residential and dementia care for those over 65.

We have a wonderful reputation and a real commitment to provide the best in holistic care but we need passionate and committed people to continue our high standards throughout our residents whole day.
- Getting to know residents and their interests and needs
- Undertake daily record keeping duties
- Helping with personal care like washing, using the toilet and dressing
- Serving out meals, drinks and snacks
- Carrying out general tasks like housework, laundry and shopping

**Job Type / Category**

Care Assistant - This is a 16 to 40 hour post with the possibility of increasing those hours if required.

The post will include weekends and bank holidays. The rotas are done 4 weeks in advance so all staff have plenty of notice of which shifts they will be working.

Our staff are recruited for their caring and considerate nature, in the knowledge that each of them plays a crucial role in our residents welfare.

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Bloomfield requires two references.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a motivated individual with a genuine passion for working in the care sector
