We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. The role offers room for development in a fast growing company, with a history of investing in people, all while tackling the climate crisis.

Prolectric is the UK’s leading expert on sustainable, off-grid, temporary and permanent solar lighting, solar hybrid power generators and solar mobile CCTV systems.

**About the position**

This is a key role, with lots of exposure to new customers and internal teams. You will be responsible for nurturing pre-qualified leads, and:

- nurturing leads, passing these onto regional sales managers, assisting them on progressing these and converting them to a sale.
- maintaining your own lead portfolio, nurturing these leads, creating quotes and converting them to a sale.

You will become an expert in our technology - using your sales experience, product knowledge and excellent communication skills to demonstrate that you understand people’s requirements and can advise the best solution for them.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- To manage and be responsible for all SQL that have been passed over from MQL.
- To nurture and develop the lead to a point of order or to pass on to a BDM
- Be a first-class company Ambassador
- Demonstrate exceptional, industry leading levels of customer support, listening to the needs of customers, and delivering service which meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.
- Present clearly the unique selling points of our range of Fully Solar or Hybrid technologies (training will be provided)
- Assist the larger sales team in customer support, by means of quotes, CRM updates
- Monitor and control the CRM system and make sure up to date
- Report back all SQL activity on a weekly basis to HoS.

**Skills, knowledge and competencies required**
- Excellent communication skills both internally and externally.
- A collaborative working style, that enjoys an open culture with competitive drive.
- Understanding of the Hybrid power, solar lighting or renewable energy is beneficial, but not essential (full training will be provided).
- Experience of supporting a growing sales team in achieving their goals. Preferable but not essential.
- Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach.
- Outgoing personality, with aa team player mentality.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
