Customer Service Lettings Assistant

Our client is a highly successful Build to Rent operator, with a reputation for providing amazing customer service. Due to continuous business growth, they have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated customer service assistant to work within their dynamic lettings team, based in Salford.
Typically, your daily role will include:
- Uploading vacant properties onto the property portal
- Releasing new properties to the rental market
- Producing daily reports
- Working to weekly targets and KPIS
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Working with the lettings team to grow the rental portfolio
We are looking for a high calibre customer service lettings assistant to join this award winning team, offering genuine career progression and the potential to get a ‘foot in the door’ and gain experience within the property/lettings industry.
The role is mainly Monday-Friday 9-5pm, including 1 in 3 Saturdays (with a lieu day in the week). Based in their Salford office with a salary of £23,000.
