**The role **

As the team grows, we currently have a variety of great opportunities within our credit department, including **Credit Collections, Credit Control, Sales Ledger & Credit Vetting**.

Our Credit Department supports the Radius group of companies globally. We have credit management experts across thirteen countries, and we’d love to help you develop your career as a credit professional.

**Salary**:Up to £22,000 dependent on experience

**Location**:Radius Campus, Emperor Way, Crewe Business Park, CW1 6BD

**Hours**:Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm

**What would your day to day look like?**

This would be dependent upon the area you work, however typical responsibilities you can expect are;
- Daily contact with customers via Telephone, SMS, E-mail, Payment links or Letter, in line with credit policy
- Keep accurate and complete records of all customer contact within Cruise / Sugar
- Escalation of accounts and issues as required
- Actively engage in relevant and appropriate opportunities for cross-department working to build relationships & share knowledge
- Use exposure to different areas of Credit and businesses / products to share good ideas and approaches across the team and improve the processes and systems as a result
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our sales team.

- ** Attention to Detail - **a head for numbers and ability to spot and solve problems whilst dealing with a high volume of transactional data.
- ** Drive to Succeed - **driven to achieve targets, tenacious and persistent in your approach.
- Experience in a customer facing role is desirable, not essential
