Salary up to £26,500 depending on experience + very attractive company benefits
Driving licence is required for the role - company car provided

As we all emerge from the effects of lockdowns and as Live Music & Sporting events pick-up, a new opportunity has now arisen for the right person to join this exciting international business as a Live Events Team Administrator. The industry is 100% back inthe game and amazing international tour, festival, gig and live sports events are all happening again Working with the rest of the experienced team, your judgement, prioritising independent thinking, collaboration, communication, strength of character (andsense of humour) are all necessary to succeed within this fantastic industry
Role & Responsibilities:

- To succeed in the business you need to be creative, attentive and flexible.
- A passion for the live events, music and sporting industries are key
- Ability to schedule event dates accurately, provide necessary company information to clients and provide strong diary management skills.
- Data entry - excellent Excel skills are required for use of daily spreadsheets.
- General administration tasks including photocopying, filing & logging information using bespoke IT systems.
- Operational support to the logistics team who organise imports/exports and customs duties.
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to work fast and efficiently.
- Able to demonstrate close attention to detail, meet deadlines and schedule accurately.
- A good working knowledge of MS Office would be beneficial.
