Forward Role are working with an exciting, high growth Market Research Agency in Leeds. The pride themselves on understanding the customer, and strive to never stop learning, developing and moving forward.

As an Associate Director, you will be working in a team of the very best R&D researchers. You will be passionate about products, innovation and experience. You will be a strong leader - leading clients, coaching the team and managing projects. An AD willstill be getting their hands dirty, and making things happen

There is endless scope for this role to grow, and with success, very quickly move in to much more senior roles.

**Role & responsibilities**:

- Research & Development Insights - product testing, sensory research, shopper insight, face to face interviews, digital and more.
- Understanding clients challenges, designing and delivering exceptional solutions and driving to completion
- Developing a high performing team, management of senior researchers
- Deliver compelling, accurate and actionable insights
- Create and deliver winning proposals and supporting with new business
- Run research workshops and training sessions

**Skills & experience**:

- Experienced Research & Insight professional
- Have a passion for products, love innovation and learning new things
- Experienced leader, running teams of 2-3+ experienced researchers
- Experience building and presenting proposals
- Ability to deliver succinct insights
- Excellent communication skills
