Our fantastic boutique nursery in Fulham provides a vibrant and enriching environment for your children, where each child is encouraged to reach their full potential. We are a small nursery where children are given opportunities to learn and develop whilst building their independence in a safe and caring environment.

We are seeking a Nursery Practitioner who will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and education for children attending the nursery, to ensure the individual needs of the children are identified and met along with building positive working relationships with the children, staff, parents and carers

The role is working as a key person with children age between 2-4 and is part time 3-4 days or full time. As a Nursery Practitioner working with us, you can expect a competitive salary for a small setting, excellent training and development as well as a caring and passionate place to work.

Your role as Nursery Practitioner will include:

- Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues and communicate effectively
- Ensuring health, safety and wellbeing of the children at all times
- Being a key person carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a small group of children and their families according to the EYFS
- Ensure you observe, plan and assess children’s learning and development within the EYFS framework.
- Working as part of a team and being supportive as a team player
- An ability to work on own initiative
- A willingness to attend staff meetings, training courses and nursery parent's evenings as appropriate.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- A full and relevant level 2/3 qualification in Childcare or above
- Be an inspiring practitioner with a sound knowledge of child development
- Be proficient in leading the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
