**Your Role at MRN**:

- **Lead engaging play and learning activities** that align with the EYFS framework.
- **Support team members** and act as a role model for junior practitioners.
- **Build strong relationships** with children, parents, and caregivers.
- Ensure compliance with **safeguarding** and health and safety policies.
- Monitor children's progress and **document assessments**.
- **Manage daily operations** when needed to ensure smooth functioning.
- **Adapt to rotating shifts** within the nursery’s opening hours.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Level 3 qualification in Childcare** (or equivalent)
- **2+ years of experience** in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong knowledge of **EYFS and child development**:

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Passionate about **mentoring and supporting your team**:

- Employment is conditional upon receiving two satisfactory references.
- A DBS check is required before starting the role.
