Our exclusive client, a fast growing, global business is looking for Payroll Advisor to join them at a busy and exciting time Joining the finance team, this is a great opportunity to make the role your own as you will be solely responsible for the payroll of 200 employees. Ideally you will have experience of working within a fast paced environment where excellent organisation skills are required. You will have keen eye for detail and be able to manage your own workload.
Some of the duties will include:

- Ensures employees are paid accurately and on time each month.
- Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll related matters.
- Maintains records of regular deductions from employees' payments such as deductions like PAYE and NI.
- Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions.
- Preparing and issuing earnings statements.
- Issuing Payslips tax forms and related documentation and assisting employees to complete them.
- Resolving issues employees have with timesheets, payslips, and other payroll matters.
- Changing employee bank records when necessary to process payments accurately.
- Maintains employees' records, including the correct entry of changes in employee's status, adding new starters to our systems and removing leavers.
- Ensures prompt update of all software for accurate payroll processing and administration.
- Processing pension payments to release.
- Assist Finance in ensuring payroll control accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis

My client is looking for someone that has recent payroll experience and who is therefore able to hit the ground running. Current knowledge of payroll related legislation is important, along with excellent communication skills and being IT literate.
