Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests promptly and seat them quickly.
- Efficiently take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar in a timely manner.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring that orders are accurate.
- Be attentive to guest needs, offering quick service without sacrificing quality.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and swiftly.
- Maintain clean and organized tables, resetting quickly for the next guests.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Process payments and provide accurate change, maintaining a quick turnaround for all guests.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress
- Must be quick, efficient, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods and carry food trays.
