Barista

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks, including those with complex latte art designs.
- Take customer orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely and friendly manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and dining area.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Engage with customers to ensure they have a great experience, answer any questions, and provide recommendations.
- Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a welcoming atmosphere.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience as a barista, with strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
- Proficient in creating latte art.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a waiter or server role.
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about the craft.
- Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
