The ICT Site Services Co-ordinator will take ownership of small and medium site setup request, decamps and office moves and be responsible for placing orders, configuring network equipment, such as routers & SAC machines for IP Clear sites, before despatching to site or 3rd party suppliers for installation.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Pre-site setup duties
- Order of BT lines and broadband accounts
- Configuration of IP Clear routers
- Configuration of SAC machines
- Stock control of site setup equipment for all stock locations
- Ordering of new stock for all stock locations
- Scheduling 2nd line and 3rd party supplier site visits
- Remote support for supplier installations
- Collation of site documentation from supplier installations
- ICT site drop-in clinics
- Schedule site visits based on a defined list of criteria
- Control of stock in site health check equipment boxes
- Capture results and create list of actions for any areas identified
- Review results to identify common issues or problem sites and escalate to SDO & SDTL
- Live site support
- First point of call for site connection issues
- Initial triage and remote diagnosis
- Logging fault with 3rd party suppliers
- Remote monitoring of site performance
- Escalate problems to 2nd line, SDO and SDTL for further investigation

**Skills & experience**:

- Basic understanding and experience within an ITIL environment, though not essential
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience in a customer facing role with excellent customer service skills
- Preferred but not essential to have experience within small to medium projects
