Rutherford Briant has the pleasure of assisting our client to find an ICT Implementer to join their Business Change team. Our client is a large construction business with over 140 sites across the UK, meaning digital change is at the top of the agenda.

This is a varied role, helping the business in 3 main areas:

- Change Management - Helping the business implement the IT changes and smooth out the transition for the users.
- User Training - Create the E Training documents and deliver the User Training on site and via Teams.
- Project Management - Assist with larger and run smaller projects, working closely with the PMO office to ensure the projects are delivered to users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the gathering of background project information
- Co-ordinate the deployment of ICT & Digital Applications across the group
- Perform day to day on-site system training & troubleshooting
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the group
- Liaise with the wider ICT community to provide feedback from the sites
- Deliver user focused training activities both on-site & at regional offices
- Manage auditing & reporting on-site usage of bespoke systems

**Experience**:

- Experience planning & delivering training - Ideally E learning
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Highly computer literate
- Strong communication - Verbal & Written
