Due to a period of growth, Spire Southampton Hospital are looking to recruit Full and Part-Time Receptionists to join our fantastic team on a permanent basis. You will work on a rota between the hours of 7am-10pm Monday to Friday which will include a variety of shift patterns. You will also be required to work on average one Saturday in four.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- As a Receptionist on our Main Reception and Outpatient departments you will be responsible for providing high levels of customer service as you greet all visitors to the hospital.
- Your tasks will include operating the switchboard
- Greeting and admitting patients and updating records in line with GDPR requirements.
- There will also be plenty of ad-hoc administrative tasks.

**Who we're looking for**:

- Experience in a Customer Service, Reception or Administration role
- Good computer literacy skills and experience
- Full flexibility to work a range of times and days as part of our rota
- Demonstrable patience & empathy skills
