We are on the lookout for an **Inventory Team Leader**on a 12-month fixed term contract, to join our team on our Greene King contract based in Greenford. You will be responsible for overseeing the team and managing all aspects of the stockoperations, whilst ensuring a high level of customer service.

You will be working a rotating shift pattern, mainly Monday to Friday however, this role requires flexibility to work during weekends and cover different working ours depending on the business need.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to **£25,000 per annum** increasing to **£30,000** from the 1st of November. In addition to this if you work between the hours of 19:00 - 06:00 you will have a 10% uplift on the hourly rate. We are looking to offer 33 days annual leave inclusive ofbank holidays. You’ll also have accessto a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle-to-work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Providing leadership and guidance for the stock team to enable them to meet objectives, encouraging open communication between them to address any potential issues effectively and in a timely manner
- Undertake Disciplinary investigations with regard team performance and Conduct. Liaise with HR and Inventory Manager
- Maintain a culture that develops a two-way feedback and ensure communication takes place on a regular basis
- Ensure that sufficient resources are allocated and utilised to drive a culture of delivering high levels of service

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Understanding of warehouse and transport operations
- Previous managerial experience would be an advantage
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and coach teams and colleagues to ensure excellent performance
- Experience of developing strong relationships with employees and customers
