**Warehouse Team Leader**

**What we look for in a Warehouse Team Leader**

Essential:

- Supervisory Team Leader experience, ideally within a Warehouse environment.
- Demonstrates competency in English and Maths.
- IT literate.
- Knowledge of stock control systems.
- Experience of Warehouse work.
- Experience of stock control and manual stock counting.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work accurately with attention to detail.
- Ability to read and act on written instructions.
- Ability to use own initiative
- Flexible and proactive.

Desirable:

- Forklift experience.
- Experience of handheld scanners.
- Experience of computerised, location based inventory systems.
- Experience of maintaining accurate records.
