Based close to Aztec West in Bristol, Evolve Care Group is seeking an Estates / Facilities Administrator to be part of our office based team who are responsible for first point of contact for faults, supporting compliance, building strong working relationships with external contractors, negotiating, carrying out specific projects and research, and being involved in the decision-making process.

**The Role**:

- Processing daily fault reports and maintaining accurate records
- Acting as the first point of contact for Estates matters (internal and external)
- Assisting with the coordination of Estates projects and compliance-related tasks
- Visiting care homes for audits/inspections (monthly)
- Researching product specifications and comparing costs to support procurement
- Liaising with external contractors to arrange servicing and maintenance
- Preparing weekly reports and maintaining compliance documentation
- Strong administration experience
- Negotiation skills
- Good Excel knowledge
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload
- Research skills and the ability to draw information from various sources
- A practical and flexible approach to work
- A high level of attention to detail
- Concise written and verbal communication skills
- A propensity for thinking ahead

The office has 3 floors, one floor dedicated purely for our accredited training arm of the business which is open to all 700+ team members who are spread across the wider Evolve group.

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
