Croft Housing Association is looking to appoint a hard-working, individual with a high level of attention to detail to support our management team and housing support officers.

Reporting directly to your supervisor, you will perform a range of tasks designed to support business operations.

Key

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering incoming phone calls where required.
- Providing reception services where applicable.
- Processing, maintaining and updating service user data.
- Producing internal quarterly reports for Management & Directors.
- Assist with data entry and ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Adhoc tasks of an admin nature as requested by Manager.
- Managing filing, storage and security of documents.
- Ensuring that all records on Sassha (property management software) is up to date.
- Organizing documents and files.
- Completion of housing benefit claims.
- Create & maintain filing systems.
- Create and maintain property profiles.

However this is not an exhaustive list.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including telephone manner.
- Able to professionally manage requests and queries.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask.
- Highly organised, with an ability to prioritise workload.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Attitude for problem solving.
- Attention to detail.
- Computer skills; MS Word, Windows, Excel.
- Administration skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Flexible approach to working
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Excel skills essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,500.00-£25,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
