**Sales Executive** **Location**:Coventry **Salary**: Competitive - Are you a high-performing salesperson with a strong technology services background? _ - Are you excited to progress in sales and have a real impact on a rapidly growing company?_ As a Sales Executive at Zenzero, you will contribute to the development and growth of profitable new business, maintain effective key customer relationships as well as ensure business growth through managing business development activities. Working with small to medium sized businesses, you will be focused on converting a range of deal sizes and sales cycles across a range of inbound and outbound opportunities. **The Role** You’ll work on closing marketing qualified opportunities created by the wider marketing and lead generation teams, whilst also working on your own prospecting, lead identification and qualification to maintain your pipeline. You will help the business identifyand acquire new accounts that will have a major strategic impact on the long-term success of the company. **Typical responsibilities will include**: - Closing multi-year deals with growing companies - Developing targeted account plans, working with stakeholders in marketing to deliver those plans and build your network with those accounts - Selling the value of their Technology Managed Services and Solutions and then developing opportunities through negotiation and contract closure - Working closely with the Marketing Team to manage MQL > SQL > Close lifecycle. - Coordinating sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness - Ensure the Zenzero brand message is communicated in a strong and consistent way - Promoting a positive and professional environment in the sales and marketing teams to colleagues and internal and external stakeholders. **Qualifications** - Educated to degree standard - Fluent in English - Full UK Drivers Licence **Skills, Knowledge and Experience** - Effective at initiating high-level contact and communication with new contacts at all levels of seniority. - Strong presentation skills and ability to close a sale. - Excellent rapport building and relationship nurturing ability. - Ability to generate leads and build a professional business network. - Entrepreneurial-orientated approach and creativity in implementing successful sales techniques and strategies. - A team play who enjoys working and leading in a cross function team environment. - Selling the value of their Technology Managed Services and Solutions and then developing opportunities through negotiation and contract closure. - 4+ years’ experience in a full-stack sales role, building pipeline and closing opportunities. - Experience in a high velocity sales team, creating SQLs and closing multiple opportunities in a month. - Consistent quota achievement across multiple quarters in a multitude of sales cycles (ranging from 1 week to 3 months). - Strong experience in Sales and Business Development with an ability to create and manage a list of target new business accounts. - Developing sales presentations and running sales meetings with clients and external vendors. **Benefits** - Your birthday off - Contractual sick pay - Flexibility to work remotely - 33 days leave per year (increasing by 1 day from your fifth year of service up to a maximum of 28 days. - Private Health Insurance (Vitality Scheme) - Salary Sacrifice options including Electric Vehicles, Bikes and Equipment, and Technology purchases. - Access to a range of discount and loyalty schemes. - Discount gym membership - Enhanced Maternity, Adoption and Partner leave and pay. - Enhanced employer pension contributions. **To Apply
