**THE COMPANY**:
**Brewster Executive**have been exclusively retained by an SME manufacturing business based in the West Midlands who specialise in the manufacture and distribution of hygiene and cleaning products to industries such as hospitality, janitorialand industrial as they look to appoint a high-energy Sales Director, in what will be a brand new position for the business.

Working with the Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team, this will be a hands-on sales and business development role with the purpose of working with the board of Directors to grow the business in line with ambitious plans in place.

The business is looking for someone with experience of selling to distributors within the hygiene/cleaning products industries.

**THE JOB**:
Working closely with the Managing Director, the successful Sales Director will manage a small team of around 4 people, predominately internal sales and sales order processes and will spearhead the key account and business development activity for the business,both in the UK and internationally.

The Sales Director will work with distributors within the hygiene/cleaning products industry and help train up their salespeople to successfully market their products to the end user, which are predominantly blue chip clients within the hospitality/cateringsector, as well as industrial businesses.

Alongside spearheading the sales activity for the business, including identifying regional and national trade-shows, the Sales Director will contact current and lost accounts, identifying key accounts and maximising revenue with clients currently workingwith the business alongside ignited previously lost customers.

You'll also target new distributors and clients within the hygiene supply industry or industrial cleaning industry and develop new business and key accounts.

Predominantly working with a UK client based, you will explore new opportunities including working with internationally based clients.

**THE PERSON**:
This is a challenging but rewarding opportunity for someone with direct and extensive knowledge of the hygiene or industrial cleaning product industry who is looking to continue their successful career or take a step up into their first Sales Director opportunity.

The business has an ambitious but realistic plan to grow in size over the next 2-4 years and the Sales Director will play in integral part in this plan.
