**Main Purpose**

Enable B&CE to maximise on the value and capability of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (D365) platform by supporting current users and developing new features. The CRM Developer is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day performance of D365 meets the needsof the business and to be the go-to person for introducing new functionality to the tool. In addition, the CRM Developer will need to work closely with B&CE IT colleagues and 3rd parties to ensure that the various back-end integrations to other business systemswork as designed. The CRM Developer will also be responsible for horizon-scanning to anticipate challenges and opportunities relating to D365.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the team’s performance against agreed objectives and performance indicators
- Development and support of custom Dynamics CRM solutions using D365
- Take a leading role in the continued development of D365 Module components, Case Management,Product Areas, Business Process Flows, Power Automate, Custom plug-ins and Workflow activities
- Building new, and troubleshooting existing plug-ins, extensions, solutions, business logic and other custom development as required
- Ensure all changes are appropriately documented per IT department procedures
- Support CRM Analysts in their duties providing coaching and mentoring
- Adhere to Company Risk Management policy, including reporting of incidents or breaches
- Adhere to Company Diversity & Inclusion policy

**Skill/ Experience**

**Essential**
- A background in Microsoft CRM development and customisation preferably on Dynamics 365
- The ability to configure and utilise in-built functionality on the system, as well as develop custom code
- Extensive knowledge of the D365 product suite
- Expert in CRM integrations - specific experience with Scribe & Click Dimensions would be advantageous
- Web technologies - Microsoft.NET, C#, JavaScript, CSS and HTML, VSTS
- Confident in dealing directly with business users; working alongside development, test and architecture teams to ensure that B&CE standards are met
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills

**Desirable**
- Delivery of CRM upgrades to D365
- SQL / TSQL / SQL Server including database design
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure
- Use of reporting tools - SSRS / Power BI / Tableau
- Experience of DevOps and Agile
