Global Operations Analyst - 6 month FTC

In this role you will be creating the multinational QGlobal + training material along with supporting the training sessions to 180 servicing offices. In addition the role will provide support to the Global Network Team and Technical Operations with reviewand input of regulatory and capability updates to Axco Insight Tool and responding to servicing office enquiries both verbally and written where appropriate. You will also be providing guidance and insights to Network Partners in response to capability questionnairesand supporting Network Managers with the due diligence process.
- Your responsibilities for this role may include, but are not limited to: _
- Creation of QGlobal + training material and to support the rollout of the multinational system to 180 servicing offices
- Work with the Network Managers to collect and collate local office information
- Ensure accurate and timely data input into Axco
- Report and present territorial information to the network managers identifying gaps in intelligence and capability
- Escalate issues and enquiries to Network managers and ensure effective communication of solution
- Working within the framework and guidelines of the Network team, undertake work and activities which support the achievement of the team’s objectives
- Develop awareness of departmental and business unit strategy and contribute to the team’s business plan to appropriately align service and work activities
- Capture QGlobal & QGlobal + service improvements to continually improve the usability.
- Participate in internal meetings, as required, in order to share and develop knowledge and best practice
- Deliver appropriate reports and presentations to the Global Network Team and key business stakeholders where required
- Produce concise and timely reports to enable accurate analysis and decision making.
- You will need to display you have the following qualifications and experience: _
- Excellent analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Proven relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain productive internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Excellent and effective interpersonal and communication skills
- In depth knowledge of insurance and reinsurance principles with an understanding of regulated environments
- Preferably knowledge of multinational insurance and global network management
