**Role: Administrator / Scheduler / Contract Support** **Location: Stockport (Heaton Mersey)** **Salary: £21,000** **Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch)** **DUTIES**: - Support the Existing Administration delivery team of three in providing a professional and efficient contract administration service, ensuring service/maintenance schedules are delivered within budget, strict compliance timelines/Key performance Indicators. - Maintain the administrative systems and procedures used to programme, deliver and report on servicing and maintenance contracts - Be the administrative support for the gas servicing and heating repairs contract however may be expected to support other service areas as well. - Ensure that operational IT systems and administrative procedures are maintained and developed to support effective and efficient service delivery, ensuring that both statutory and good practice compliance is sustained at all times. - Continuously monitoring and reporting on service delivery schedules and instigating corrective action if schedules are not being met. **SKILLS** - Have excellent communication skills and able to communicate on many different levels both written and verbal. - Work in a confidential and professional manner and be familiar with the Data Protection Act - Ability to build and maintain relationships with Customers/Scheme Managers/Suppliers/engineers and colleagues both in person and via telephone - Be able to "think outside the box" to resolve problems and find cost effective, quick and - simple solutions - Maintain the existing administrative systems and procedures used to programme, deliver and report on gas servicing and heating repairs. - Communicate effectively and professionally with Engineers/Customers/Contractors/Suppliers and external organisations. - Demonstrating an enthusiasm and drive to tackle issues, challenge the status quo and promote a culture of continuous improvement. - Work in an organised, methodical, logical and rational way, with a focus on precision to ensure systems are maintained accurately. - Be innovative and challenge the status quo to produce operational efficiencies. - Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
