Our client is a well established business offering laser cutting, waterjet cutting and tube laser cutting in a variety of materials to a wide range of manufacturing clients and due to growth are offering a great opportunity to learn on the job.

Your role would involve supporting the Estimating Manager to correctly produce quotations and follow the procedure from taking an initial incoming enquiry through to bring the job on.

You will learn how to provide numerical figures for orders once you have received and evaluated an enquiry.

You will compile and send out quotes and then confidently follow up with the customer.

You will provide excellent customer service at all times and provide the best solution to the customers requirement.

**Key Skills: -**

You may already be working in an engineering or manufacturing environment and be looking to take the next step although no real experience is needed for the right applicant with a positive, enthusiastic outlook and a willingness to learn.

You should have a back ground in Customer Service ideally in a B2B environment and a strong commercial understanding would be beneficial.

You will need to be good with figures and IT Literate.
