JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER - £22,000

For the right person, this role presents a brilliant opportunity for you to develop your career and learn many aspects of working in the construction industry.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for
- Planning and arranging surveys.
- Conducting technical surveys of customer properties, discussing customer requirements.
- Creating estimates for customers.
- Overseeing the planning and delivery of projects to agreed timescales, ensuring they are well resourced, for example, staff and materials, and completed on time and within budget.
- Providing day-to-day supervision of the onsite teams to ensure job and project success.
- Managing the customer relationship, managing expectations through great communication.
