**As a Receptionist at our home, your role may involve**:
Undertaking any necessary training
Updating the visiting booking system
Answering telephone calls in a professional manner
Opening the door to all visitors
Maintaining high standards within the care home environment
Working flexibly as part of a team to ensure our residents' needs are met
Working closely with the home administrator

What are we looking for?

A positive outlook and a warm personality
Able to demonstrate a genuine interest in working in the health and social care sector
- experience in a similar role is essential
You must also be comfortable inputting into various systems
You will be highly organised, with good attention to detail and have the ability to liaise confidently and effectively both on the telephone and in writing.
